1. How do I become a member?
Answer: Just sign up, login and go to "Upgrade" in the menu bar on top.

2. How much does a membership cost?
(VAT included: members from EU countries pay same amount in €)
Answer: Your total membership investment in TrafficOasis is only $69.95 monthly (about $2 per day). Included are ALL features and benefits described on the site, including a fresh supply of exclusive leads every month!
After you make your first monthly payment of $69.95 and a one-time setup, co-op and software fee of $59.95, you'll have your own Recruiting Power House including all future updates!
You are re-billed every 30 days after your initial upgrade.

3. When are commissions being paid?
Answer: Commissions will be paid before the 15th of every month. All commissions earned before the 15th of the previous month, will be paid before the 15th of the current month, and so on. Commissions will be saved until the total is over $25.00. Please note that there is a $4.97 processing fee.

4. When will I receive my leads?
Answer: All our leads, the 125 verified phone and email leads, the 300 e-mail leads, the 30 4Q PLUS+ leads in your member package or additional ordered lead packages will be generated AFTER your payment. Therefore we will deliver them fresh within 30 days after we have received a verified payment. This counts for both your monthly packages and initial orders. This way we can guarantee fresh leads. As we generate them exclusively for you and no one else, we cannot accept refunds or cancel placed orders.

5. Yesterday I got a message telling me I had a new personal enroller, but when I log in, my stats do not show this member in my downline?
Answer: Free members can delete their account. Whenever this happens, this member will not be shown in your stats anymore.

6. I have paid for my upgrade but my account says I am still free. What should I do?
Answer: First of all, don't promote TrafficOasis before your membership is confirmed. When you sponsor new people being a free affiliate, you are not qualified for a matrix position and thus people will not be placed in your downline. Think before you act here! Just contact us using the form at the bottom of this page and we'll upgrade you asap.

7. How do I change my credit card details?
Answer: If your payment was processed by using PayPal you can log in to your PayPal site and change the data. If you paid by Credit card directly you can log into the website of our payment service provider and manage your details. All instructions to do so are sent to you in the payment notifications.


8. If I cancel my membership, do I lose my matrix downline as well?
Answer: Yes.

9. How do I cancel my account?
Answer: Canceling your account is irreversible. You can cancel your membership using the form at the bottom of this page.

10. Do I need to personally enroll people in order to earn?
Answer: No. There's no recruiting qualification. The only requirement is that you are a member (upgrade). Members can earn from their 3x5 Infinite Cycling Matrix without enrolling personally. Their matrix can be filled by: Upline over spill, downline activity and side-line compression. Normally this takes some time. We can't predict exactly when you will get spillover or side-line compression, as that depends mainly on other people's efforts. We estimate that most will see significant activity within 3 to 6 months. Spillover takes time and a little momentum. We estimate that sideline compression will take a little longer. However, it will be worth waiting for, as it will bring business builders into your matrix!

11. I upgraded and suddenly the upgrade notifications stopped. How come?
Answer: There are 2 types of growth notifications: Free Tour Company-Wide Growth Reports and Member Notifications. We SHOW FREE affiliates the growth of our business to PROVE our concept. However ALL growth helps to build your business as we have side-line compression. To see that in action, study the compensation plan movies on the site. We recommend that you read our compensation page closely and study the 2 flash movies as it will give you insight into the awesome potential this type of plan has.

12. When will my PowerLine get active?
Answer: The PowerLine is an EXTRA hitter compensation which operates separately from the 3x5 matrix. As soon as you have personally enrolled 6 members it will open with the next enroller and from then on it will produce INFINITE income. This is meant to compensate the business builders in the network. Those business builders are important to produce the overspill and side-line compression hence the Powerline Reward for them.

13. I received my leads as an attachment to an email in my mailbox, how do I import my leads into the InfoReply autoresponder?
Answer: Click Here to download your leads or import them directly into one of your three InfoReply autoresponder campaigns. In addition all leads packages will be sent to the contact e-mail address specified.
The leads file is in .csv (comma separated value) format and can be opened in Excel. You can also open this file as a plain text file with Wordpad that comes along with every windows application. But if you open it with MS Word and change the extension the InfoReply autoresponder can not import it anymore.
